Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do with OmniDesk.

1. Purpose

This Policy protects the Service, our customers and the public. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited uses

  • Breaking any law, including privacy, consumer-protection, anti-money-laundering, export-control and intellectual-property laws.
  • Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or any advertising without the recipient's prior consent, in breach of section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982, or equivalent laws.
  • Collecting or processing personal data without a lawful basis or in breach of the Protection of Privacy Law.
  • Uploading malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or that infringes others' rights.
  • Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of the Service, or breaching authentication, tenant isolation or other security measures, without our prior written permission (an offence under the Computers Law, 5755-1995).
  • Overloading the Service, for example through automated requests that exceed reasonable use or published rate limits.
  • Impersonating another person or organisation, or misrepresenting your identity or company details.
  • Reselling or sharing access outside the Customer's organisation.

3. Reporting

Report suspected abuse or security vulnerabilities to info@primels.co.il or +972 55 502 7988. We investigate reports in good faith.
